Once you choose a bouquet on WhatsApp, we confirm the total and share payment options that work from your country: international bank transfer, Wise, and other methods depending on where you are. You pay before delivery, and you receive confirmation with photos. No account or checkout needed.
Can you deliver flowers in Marrakech the same day?
Yes. Orders confirmed before 6pm Morocco time are usually delivered the same day anywhere in Marrakech. For a specific delivery time, like a birthday morning or an anniversary dinner, tell us on WhatsApp and we plan it with you.
How do I know the flowers actually arrived?
You see everything. Before the bouquet leaves our atelier we send you a photo of your exact arrangement. After delivery, you get a confirmation photo on WhatsApp the moment it happens.
Can I add a personal message to the flowers?
Yes, every bouquet includes a handwritten card, free. Send us your message on WhatsApp in English, French, Arabic or Spanish and we write it exactly as you send it.
Can you keep the delivery a surprise?
Of course. We coordinate quietly, we never reveal the sender before the card is read, and if we need to call the recipient we say only that a delivery is coming. Many of our orders are surprises from husbands abroad.
